Orders

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have received it. The order status will be marked as “Processed.” You can track your order by logging into your account here: [My Account].

Once your order is dispatched, its status will change to “Complete,” and you will receive tracking information from the courier you selected.

In the rare event that an item is unavailable, delayed, or there’s a pricing error, we will notify you and reserve the right to cancel your order. Please note that images of our PC systems are for illustration purposes only, and actual items may vary slightly from the images shown.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our privacy policy and website usage terms. For details on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payments

If you pay with a credit or debit card, your statement will show the charge as Klarna. At the time of purchase, an authorization is placed for the total amount. Funds are collected once the order is confirmed and processed in our system.

Build Times

All build times are scheduled from Monday to Friday and are listed in our product descriptions. We kindly ask that you wait for the designated build time to pass before inquiring about updates on your PC order, allowing us to address all customer queries effectively.

Please note that build times are separate from the delivery method you select; for instance, choosing a 1-2 working day delivery will not alter the standard build time.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it undergoes verification. Unfortunately, we cannot modify delivery addresses after the order has been submitted due to our payment providers’ policies.

Prices

All prices listed include VAT (where applicable). We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Isles), while additional delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders placed prior to the update.

If an order is financed, delivery must be made to the address specified in the finance application.

Promotions

Promotions such as game codes, vouchers, free items, and rebates are subject to availability and can be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We will make every effort to honor all promotions, but we are not liable for expired, discontinued, or unavailable offers. Promotions do not have any cash value.
