What Warranty Comes with My System?

At Glowtech Services, we stand behind our products with a comprehensive 3-Year Warranty that covers both labor and parts, including fault diagnosis and repair.

For the first 6 months, we cover return shipping costs for faulty items, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Our commitment to you extends beyond the warranty period with Lifetime Technical Support. Even after your 3 years of parts coverage, we’ll assist in diagnosing issues and advising on necessary upgrades, often at competitive prices.

One of our standout features is Remote Desktop Support, which allows us to effectively diagnose up to 90% of non-hardware issues without requiring you to return the device (provided it can power on).

To enhance your peace of mind, we offer the Glowtech Platinum Protection Plan, which safeguards each component against hardware faults for a full 3 years from delivery. Should any issue arise, we’ll replace the part at no return cost during the first 3 months.

Please note that our warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

What’s Not Covered Under Warranty

Exclusions:

  • Software issues and faults due to accidental damage are not covered.
  • Any repairs or modifications not performed by Glowtech Services will void the warranty.
  • Damage from improper packaging during returns will not be covered, and charges may apply for replacements. We recommend keeping the original packaging to avoid such issues.
  • While adding certain internal components might not void your warranty, any resulting issues will not be covered.

Returning Items (Faulty/Unwanted)

Please follow these instructions for returning items:

Packaging:

  • Return items in their original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage; this is not covered under warranty.
  • Clearly display your RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.
  • Do not write on the product packaging; use plain packing paper or a box instead.
  • Only include items purchased from us; unrelated items will not be tested.

Condition:

  • Items must be returned in good condition. Soiled or damaged items may be rejected.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Items over 28 days old may need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, which can take up to 4 weeks.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from issuance.
  • Returns for refund may incur a usage fee of up to 30%. A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply for items with significant wear or tear.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  • Refunds for faulty items will be processed only after testing confirms the fault.

Data Recovery:

  • Customers are responsible for backing up data. Glowtech Services does not offer data recovery for product failures. Some storage devices may have recovery options through the manufacturer.

Support & Warranty Returns Policy

Damaged/Incorrect/Unwanted Goods:

  • Report any damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund, including return shipping at no cost.
  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting us via email, phone, or recorded letter.

Faulty Items Within 30 Days of Purchase:

  • Ensure compatibility and proper installation of goods before contacting us.
  • We will inspect returned items to determine if they meet warranty standards.

Testing:

  • All returned items are tested by our technicians. If found non-faulty, a testing fee of £10.50 per hour will apply, plus return shipping costs.

Modified Goods:

  • Items that have been modified or altered will void the warranty.

Faulty Items More Than 30 Days After Receipt:

  • For items reported faulty after 30 days, contact the manufacturer directly for repairs. We will assist if the manufacturer cannot help.

For TVs and monitors, please note that we adhere to the ISO 13406-2 standard regarding dead pixels. Products within the acceptable range will not be eligible for return.
