Premium Delivery Options

For those who need their items sooner, we offer several premium delivery choices at checkout, including:

• Tracked Service: Delivers in 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
• Express Service: Delivers in 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).

PC Builds

For our custom PC builds, please note that delivery times are in addition to the build time selected during your order configuration.

Returns Made Easy

We aim to make our returns process straightforward and hassle-free. Our policy covers three key scenarios:

• Unwanted Items: If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. Items must be in as-new condition, including original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong item or one that was damaged during transit, we will fully reimburse your return shipping costs.
• Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll guide you through the process for a free return. Please remember that this applies only to faulty items; returning items at your own expense without prior approval may result in partial reimbursement of shipping costs.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and be packaged in their original boxes. We recommend using additional protective packaging for safe transit.
